The JUTAI Clouds Visitor Management System is designed to enhance security at community entrances. The visitor kiosk is placed at the community entrance, allowing on-duty officers to manage and register all incoming personnel, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring area safety.
- Staff must first register their identity in the visitor system. Then, they enter their registered mailbox number/mobile phone number and password on the kiosk to log in. This process ensures that only authorized personnel can access and operate the system.
- After logging in, the attendant accesses the visitor registration page. Upon receiving the visitor's valid ID, they input the required information, such as name, mobile phone number/identity ID, and access area.
- The system then prints a visitor QR code and sends it to the visitor. The visitor can enter the community by scanning the QR code on the access control reader or using the PIN at the entrance. The printed QR code's time indicates the visitor's allowed entry start time, and the cut-off time marks the end of the permitted entry period.
- After registering user information on the guest host, the end user requires an authorization code to start the mobile app. Once launched, the user registers details like the username and password. Completion of registration leads to the mobile phone login interface of the visitor management system. Here, entering the correct username and password unlocks the system's functions for the user.
- If the attendant has doubts about a visitor's identity, they can contact the owner for verification. The attendant can view all areas under the current equipment's jurisdiction and the owner information within those areas.
- By selecting the owner the visitor wishes to see, the attendant can initiate a voice call. This timely check helps determine if the visitor should be granted access to the area.
- After owner confirmation, the kiosk prints a receipt with a QR code and password. The visitor can then scan the QR code and input the password to enter the community.
- For mobile friends visiting, users select their friends' information and set the visiting time (start and end time) before clicking "Submit." They can then share the invitation with their friends. The shared details include the visit location, time, and a unique PIN.
- The duty officer can view all currently registered visitor information. Using the filter function, they can search for visitor registration data based on specific conditions like visit status and registration time. Clicking on a visitor record reveals detailed registration information.
- The system includes an alarm function for added security. Pressing and holding the Sos button for 3 seconds sends an alarm signal to the kiosk via the mobile APP. Security personnel receive the distress call promptly. To ensure the signal's proper handling, a password input is required to clear the alarm.
- Leveraging cloud platform technology, the JUTAI visitor management system offers online upgrade capabilities. Users can easily upgrade to the latest version by clicking the online upgrade option, ensuring access to advanced features as they are released.
- In addition to security, the system provides commercial advertising functions, offering users additional value through potential advertising opportunities.
